The Government plans to post a Commercial Solutions Opening (CSO) announcement on eCommerce seeking a UHF SATCOM antenna replacement to the legacy, proprietary OE-570 system procured under N0003918D0004. The CSO will outline a 3-phase process that will allow the Government to move from announcement to award of either a FAR Part 12 Commercial acquisition or award of an OTA for Prototype (outside IWRP or any other consortium).
