The Radar Operations Center (ROC) Engineering Branch, requires engineering consultation, scientific support, and implementation assistance for the development of radar signal processing software and analysis for improving the quality of the base data from the WSR-88D Polarimetric Doppler weather radar. This purchase request is being submitted to continue to obtain these services from the University Corporation for Atmospheric Research/National Center for Atmospheric Research (UCAR/NCAR) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract.
