U.S. Coast Guard 87' WPB and 154' WPC Right-Hand and Left-Hand Propeller Overhaul

The U.S. Coast Guard, Surface Forces Logistics Center, Patrol Boat Product Line in Baltimore, MD has a requirement to overhaul Right-Hand and Left-Hand Propellers in support of the 87' WPB and 154' WPC Coast Guard vessels. Awarded vendor shall open and inspect Propellers received in various quantities using government provided drawings and Work Item descriptions to provide an estimated cost to overhaul the Propeller and associated wooden crate if necessary. Propellers shall be overhauled to a ready for issue (RFI) "A" condition as described in the provided documents. Once Propeller overhaul is completed to the satisfaction of the government via vendors final inspection report, Coast Guard quality assurance personnel will inspect all aspects of propeller overhaul and testing to verify conformance at the vendor's facility. Once approved, the vendor will ship the overhauled Propellers to a designated Coast Guard facility or vessel IAW Coast Guard instructions. Vendors shall be capable of providing worldwide shipping as it may be necessary to direct ship any Propeller to a Coast Guard facility, vessel or contracted vessel repair facility anywhere in the world.
