U.S. Border Patrol Cold Weather Gear

Customs and Border Protection, U.S. Border Patrol (USBP), Procurement Division, proposes to award a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) 5-year contract to purchase rainproof and windproof cold weather jackets and pants for agents that operate in extreme cold weather environments pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 16.505(b)(2), Exceptions to the fair opportunity process. The purpose of this Purchase Requisition is to purchase Forum Direct rainproof and wind proof winter jackets and pants for transferees to the northern border as well as replacement stock for agents assigned to the northern border. The intent is to establish a BPA with Forum Direct Industries for the jackets and pants. Acquisition Strategy: Sole Source (HUBZone)
