Travel Lodging Management Services for Reservists on Inactive Duty Training (IDT) for the Heartland and Southeast Districts

This requirement requires the contractor to provide Travel Lodging Management Services for Reservists on IDT for the Heartland and Southeast Districts. The contractor shall locate lodging and make all necessary reservations for temporary lodging for Reserve USCG personnel while they are performing IDT. The contractor will make all lodging reservations for reservist based on monthly manifest provided by the Contracting Officer s Representative (COR). All rooms must be double occupied to the maximum extent possible and members shall be segregated by officer or enlisted, gender, and rank. The lodging must be within the specified distance from the training unit, be compliant with applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, and not exceed the nightly room rates as outlined on the General Services Administration (GSA) Per Diem website for each unit s zip code.
