Description
The United States (U.S.) Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) requires a Contractor to perform Temporary Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Caretaker Status & Post Closing Services in support of the Office of Asset and Facilities Management. Anticipated projects assignments may include but are not limited to caretaker, essential repairs, and post-closing services to warehouses with office space. The projects may be multidisciplined and may include aspects of specialty security, communication, electrical power system and fire detection/protection and other similar disciplines. The Contractor shall preserve facilities, systems, and grounds in a safe, secure, and serviceable condition while minimizing operating costs until full reactivation.
