Technical Resource for Incident Prevention (TRIPwire) Operations & Maintenance

Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) requires services necessary to provide technical support to enable the dissemination and posting of open-source intelligence (OSINT) analysis and products and provide support to the mission of the Office for Bombing Protection (OBP). The TRIPwire Operation and Management (O&M) team executes administration of system changes, manages the TRIPwire helpdesk, provides support to end users, monitors system performance, and performs security activities such as backups, contingency planning, and audits in coordination with the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM).
