Administrative Services Program Management Office
ASPMO provides enterprise-wide oversight for the Printing, Graphics and Distribution, and Forms Management; National Mail Management and Distribution; and the Public Transportation Incentive Program. ASPMO's role includes administration and guidance, program/project management, contract administration and technical support.
Mobile Assets Program Management Office
MAPMO optimizes taxpayer resources through the life cycle management of mission capable motor vehicle assets while administering the Home-to-Work and Washington, DC Parking Programs on behalf of CBP. MAPMO is responsible for the modernization of Agency fleet management practices, employment of performance analytics across program areas, implementation of sustainable efficiency strategies, mitigation of associated risks, policy oversight and regulatory compliance, and the measurement of outcomes for Senior Leadership to make informed investment decisions and advocate for CBP's mission requirements.
Personal and Seized Property Program Management Office
PSPPMO s core mission is to provide decentralized management and oversight of disbursed personal property assets to facilitate the readiness of CBP assets, supporting CBP operations.PPPMO provides oversight and guidance to CBP program offices by performing detailed analyses of data reported in the systems of records. Using performance metrics and the administration of a robust internal control program, CBP reaches optimal financial audit opinions, guarantees the availability of equipment critical to mission-readiness, and reduces adverse public perception and Congressional engagements.
Division Operations Section
DOS's mission is to assist AAMD PMO/Centers with meeting and achieving Enterprise Services and the OFAM strategic goals, to integrate the execution of AAMD's vision and mission, detailed within the Strategic Roadmap. DOS is responsible for program management, performance measurement, business process improvement programs, and internal administration through the following functions: AAMD Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Accountability Oversight, Program Management Oversight, and Audit Oversight.
Uniforms Management Center
UMC manages the DHS uniform contract for all DHS. UMC delivers uniform lifecycle management, mission-enabling uniform solutions and services that increase agent and officer safety and ensure a dependable, professional image in support of CBP s mission. UMC provides services and solutions to the more than 50,000 uniformed employees, ensuring they have easy access to the necessary uniforms, uniform commodities, and duty gear. UMC ensures that field uniforms meet operational requirements for the various jobs, environments, and hazards existing in the field. UMC provides program guidance and oversite (development of policies, directives, and business processes); allowance account management for all uniformed employees; management of the uniform catalog to include additions, modifications, and deletions; quality assurance testing for existing uniform items; and research development and engineering support to incorporate beneficial new technologies into uniform items.
