Technical Integration Management Support (TIMS)

The contractor shall provide personnel with the appropriate skills, experience, and expertise to support PSPD s organizational processes, ensuring effective internal controls, management oversight, and technical support for Technical Integration Management Support (TIMS). This includes services such as process management, information systems security, production monitoring, and desktop and web application support. The contractor will analyze and improve software development and maintenance processes by incorporating best practices to enhance project planning, scheduling, and monitoring. Additionally, the contractor will focus on quality control, technical writing, and the use of tools like SharePoint, Confluence, and JIRA while responding to taskings and audit requests. The contractor will ensure the security of PSPD applications by mitigating risks and maintaining compliance with federal standards, including DHS, CBP, and FISMA requirements. This includes managing security documentation, adhering to strict timelines, and coordinating with teams to implement security controls effectively. The contractor will also provide 24x7x365 monitoring of application health to support mission-critical operations, promptly addressing incidents and collaborating with development teams to establish efficient monitoring protocols. Furthermore, the contractor will support PSPD applications related to desktop and web platforms, assisting with requirements gathering, development, and deployment to ensure successful implementation and functionality.
