Description
USCIS has a requirement for contractor support to provide Technical Helpdesk Support Services (THDSS). The objective of this effort is to provide eProcessing THDSS to applicants requesting assistance by telephone, web form, email and live chat as a channel of communication. USCIS applicants are defined as any individual or group seeking immigration benefits and services information provided by the eProcessing THDSS system. The contractor shall provide all necessary personnel and support services to answering incoming calls and respond to electronic inquiries while providing technical problem resolution or a referral to the proper Remedy Queue for resolution with follow-up for issue resolution to applicants.
