Description
The purpose of the Technical Engineering Services contract is to provide Command and Control, Communications, and Intelligence (C2CI) Sea Commander System technical subject matter experts to support installation, analysis, and testing of new and upgraded systems at the Coast Guard System Acceptance and Integration Laboratory (CGSAIL) and onboard operational National Security Cutters. These engineering services provide the ability to maintain current system capability, develop new system functionality, address frequent industry changes, overcome Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material Shortages (DMSMS) issues, and enhance system software, firmware, and hardware capabilities.
