Technical and Strategic Support (TSS) for the Terrorist ExplosiveDevice Analytical Center Improvised Explosives Detection and Synthesis (TIEDS)

To support developing and reviewing the Acquisition Lifecycle and System Engineering Lifecycle (SELC), processes and procedures, artifacts, and briefing/reporting communications spanning multi-agency authorities. Provide key support in documentation development and review and obtain draft and final concurrence from all agencies and departments associated with APM and TIEDS activities and critical TSA initiatives. Examples of such artifacts may include test plans and reports, quality control plans, data collection and analysis plans, logistics plans, Government and Vendor agreements such as Bailments and Leases, deployment guidelines, failure remediation plans, and other SELC phase-related activities, scheduling, documents, and reports.
