Tactical Applications (TacApps) Development and Integration

Contractor shall provide engineering services; Research, Development, Test and Evaluation (RDT&E) services; technical programmatic support; engineering Subject Matter Expertise (SME); laboratory and field demonstrations; software design and development; training services and other urgent time-critical requirements. Contractor shall support the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) for Next Generation Command and Control (C2) Applications in order to provide Warfighters with capabilities to include enabling fire support, electromagnetic visualization and control, tactical decision-making, planning, coordination, synchronization, and rehearsal and execution management. Contractor support shall also include systems engineering; software development; integration; test; training product development; Developmental Operations (DevOps) exercise support; Information Assurance (IA); Risk Management Framework (RMF) abidance; and Development Security Operations (DevSecOps) environment management for a number of mission command applications such as the Advanced Field Artillery Tactical Data System (AFATDS) Artillery Execution Suite (AXS), Electronic Warfare Planning and Management Tool (EWPMT), Tactical Data Platform (TDP), Command Post Computing Environment (CPCE), Mission Command Information System (MCIS), Control Point Test Harness (CPTH), Cloud Native Mission Command, Tactical Server Infrastructure (TSI), Mounted Mission Command (MCC), and Joint Targeting Integrated Command and Coordination System (JTIC2S).
