Sole Source with Justification to Limit Source (by Bridge) The CBP/PSPD/TID/Systems and Technology Support Branch (SysTech) is an organization construct for managing an array of core capabilities, solutions and processes to enable CBP enterprise-wide PSPD specific application support. This SOW and resulting Task Order seek innovative support services to ensure a successful deployment and continued operations of PSPD systems.? PSPD Systems are structured in the TECS system framework.? TECS is a law enforcement tool. TECS (not an acronym) is the updated and modified version of the former Treasury Enforcement Communications System. TECS is owned and managed by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security s (DHS) component U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP). TECS is the principal law enforcement system used by CBP Officers at the border to assist with screening and determinations regarding admissibility of arriving persons.
