SYSTEM ASSESSMENT & AUTHORITY TO OPERATE

This requirement is for USMMA s security assessment and authority to operate the LAN, Blackboard, and the Campus Labs. This is done to establish a comprehensive framework for safeguarding digital assets, ensuring compliance with privacy and regulatory requirements, and governing who may access critical infrastructure. These authorizations define the roles, responsibilities, and access controls needed to monitor network activity, protect student and staff data, support reliable academic operations, and respond effectively to incidents across teaching spaces, research facilities, and administrative systems.
