Support for the CMCU and DEST Programs

The purpose of this effort is to acquire support for the CMCU and DEST Programs that require subject matter experts (SME) and technical support for programs and projects. This will include focusing on all facets of CBRN planning and response, establishing standards, guidance, and planning factors to support a national effort to cohesively integrate federal, state and local planning and operations for an act or credible threat of terrorism. This effort will also include preparatory consequence management prior to an incident occurring under the PPD-25 framework. This support is envisioned to be both programmatic and technical in nature.
