Description
The purpose of this waiver is to justify the exercise of Option Year 2 for the STATUS POOL 2 Security Governance Division information security (INFOSEC) contract with PulseByte. This contract is absolutely essential in sustaining USDAs cybersecurity compliance and operational continuity. The contract directly supports the Departments adherence to the Federal Information Security Modernization Act (FISMA) of 2014 by enabling the execution of critical authorization and accreditation (AA) activities. DISC currently manages 37 FISMA Internal Authorizations to Operate (ATOs) 3 FISMA ATOs
