Strategic Management of the Health Care Payment LAN 4.0

The purpose of this task order is to solicit proposals that assist CMMI in operating the LAN and further increase alignment with CMS, private payers, states, providers, and other health care system stakeholders in moving payment away from traditional FFS methods and towards more effective APMs that deliver higher quality to patients at lower cost. By bringing innovators together to share best practices, identify barriers, and develop aligned strategies, CMMI, through its operation of the LAN, intends to increase adoption of more effective and resilient APMs that deliver high-quality, cost-efficient care to make America healthy again.
