The Contractor must provide: Officers and crew members accredited per the International Convention on Standards of Training, Certification and Watchkeeping (STCW) 24/7 Online/phone technical support for the following systems and equipment : Medium Voltage Switchgear and Generator Control Units (including the Power Management & Distribution Systems) Automation/Machinery Plant Control and Monitoring System (MPCMS) Thrusters and Controls Dynamic Positioning System Towing Winch Integrated Bridge Systems (Navigation, communications, Helicopter Control, all control stations) Reduction Gear, Controllable Pitch Propeller system, Shaft Bearings and Seals (Optional), Analysis, studies, inspections, surveys, on-site casualty response, upgrades, updates, and documentation updates because of configuration changes, all per detailed Statements of Work issued via potential contract modifications.
