Description
This funding is for an Integrated Resource Service Contract for two stewardship sales. Planning has been completed as part of the South Otter project. The Fifteen Elk sale is 350 acres and Poker Jim sale is 580 acres. These would be combined into a single stewardship contract to cover both planning areas. It is important to provide opportunities and wood products to keep mills operating so that we can implement projects on the Eastern side of the Custer Gallatin. This contract would help to implement the Active Forest Management Executive Order.
