The delivery order will be placed against an internal ICE IDIQ70CMSW24D00000002, which is a single award vehicle. Per the ordering guide, this is a single award vehicle, and no competition requirement is required at the delivery order level. All specifications and minimum characteristics are listed in the Statement of Work (SOW). The RFQ will only be sent and evaluated from the single awardee of the IDIQ, ADS. No other vendors will receive the RFQ.
