SMS Text Messaging Engagement Subscription Requirements

The system must allow allow for text messaging to a shortcode via iOS and Android devices. The shortcode will spell out AskTSA. he system must be able to integrate with the current customer service platform Sprinklr. The system must be available twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week. Enable real-time, two-way communication with customers via Sprinklr. The system should determine that when a user receives a message an HTTP request should be made to the correct text messaging provider endpoint. From there, the text messaging platform supports TLS 1.2 to encrypt network traffic transmitted between the Sprinklr application and the text messaging service infrastructure. Once a request to send a message is processed on, the message body redaction feature prevents logging from taking place. Vendor must have a dedicated representative to provide direct system support for the duration of the contract to ensure proper subscription customization and understanding. In addition, the vendor must be available and provide direct support for system customization within 10 business days from award. h) Vendor must have direct system support available in-person and online via a helpdesk/ticketing system as well as telephone, and email support during TSA s operating hours.
