Description
USCIS has a requirement for virtual and/or onsite SLI services on a recurring and an as-needed basis for hard of hearing or deaf employees, and onsite services for specific events or scheduled occasions when virtual is not an option. These services may be utilized during virtual or onsite team meetings, town halls, and facility presentations, or other events as required. It is possible for some events to take place after normal business hours and on weekends. USCIS requires interpreter services of both sign to voice and voice to sign utilizing Signed English (SE) and/or American Sign Language (ASL). Support is required in the National Capital Region (NCR), including the Baltimore metro area and Northern Virginia.
