The ICE SES Training Program is for twelve (12) three-day SES courses with up to fifteen (15) General Schedule (GS)-14 and GS-15 enrolled in each course. Participants engage in hands-on exercises with real-time feedback, resulting in draft Executive Core Qualifications (ECQs), updated SES resumes, and mock interview experience. The vendor is the only one that provides this capability of delivering this service with the required support and a smooth transition
