Senior Recruitment & Public Affairs Specialist (ECA/A/E). New contract to replace expiring contract 19AQMM24F0775.

The purpose of this position is to assist the Office Director and staff in the coordination and implementation of a wide range of services necessary to enable greater outreach and interaction with ECA/A/E's numerous and varied program applicants, constituencies, stakeholders, and the general public. Specific duties will include management of social media platforms, as well as editorial, database, administrative and public outreach tasks, such as oversight of internal and external communications products and platforms, responding to public inquiries, working with ECA's press team engagement projects, compiling and creating statistics, infographics, and data visualizations, managing an outreach calendar, and presenting on ECA/A/E programs at meetings and conferences.
