Description
The U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) requires expert advisory and consulting services to support the Deputy Commandant for Personnel (DCP) and the Personnel Services Center, Civilian Personnel Management (CG-PSC (CPM)). The objective is to obtain a Senior Consultant to provide high-level policy analysis, strategic planning, and change management support for the Coast Guard's civilian human resources enterprise. The contractor shall provide expert insight into civilian human resources policy and operations within the Office of Personnel Management (OPM), Department of Homeland Security (DHS), and the USCG. Key tasks include, but are not limited to: strategic communications, process and performance improvement, facilitation of executive-level meetings, governance support, and technical writing for policy development. The consultant will advise senior leadership on aligning HR policy and organizational goals with broader USCG personnel readiness strategies.
