The purpose of this Statement of Work (SOW) is to acquire, install, configure, support, and evaluate a transportable communications system proof of concept (POC) for the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Office of National Continuity Programs (ONCP). The Proof of Concept will assess the capability of SEMPRE transportable infrastructure devices and associated services to provide resilient, secure, deployable communications and mission support capabilities in support of FEMA operational requirements.
