Description
USCIS is seeking an enhanced and newly designed integrated solution for secure identification documents to include a 100% polycarbonate solid body card stock with Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) and metallized optically variable devices embedded within the card construction substrate layers, card design services, high volume manufacturing, storage for card stock, and related technical support services. The base card design shall be configurable for various immigration benefits, including, the current PRC and EAD cards, as well as, future identification documents. The government will work with the successful contractor to ensure that the material functionality of the cards is appropriately understood and that any proposed design matches the existing functionality of card personalization system.
