Description
The project will include replacing several hundred broken tiles, 80 linear feet failed flashing, and painting the exterior surface of the 400 square-foot elevator penthouse located on the roof. All of this work will take place 50 feet off the ground thus requiring fall protection and extra staffing by the contractor to control pedestrian traffic to ensure the safety of the workers and the public.
