Description
The NHL Balclutha will be transported to/from a commercial shipyard for haul out. During the haul out the exterior hull will be cleaned, prepared, and coated with marine grade paints. The wooden decking of the vessel will be renewed and caulked on each of the three exterior decks, (forecastle, main, and poop). Vessel systems will be serviced and repaired including the cathodic protection, all through hulls, and valves. Repairs will be made to the steel hull and bowsprit after inspections.
