Road Improvements NAS I Phase 1

25 Sept 2019 SOW updated as follow: NASI Phase1 FY20: Repaving work in this phase will cover the primary roads and sidewalks only. Refer to attached plan on eProject #1592889 for details. Identified area to be repaved (on plan are highlighted in yellow are: # 002, 005,007,010, 017, 018,028,031,040 Following SOW are obsolete : Provide Scrubbing and replacement of the wearing coarse of NAS II roads and asphalt parking areas. Repair expansion/Construction joints on reinforced concrete paving Annex gate area: Replace self locking concrete tiles with asphalt paving. Repair sidewalks, and improve access ramps. Total estimated surface to be repaired/repaved: 17323 m2. 6Sept17 Fwd to FEAD for Design. FP funds. Combine with SR# 13471254 (NAS II 2' Mill and Overlay Description: Mill 2" and repave approximately 172,000 square feet of roads throughout NAS I. In addition repair Forrestal road, which is approximately 13,000 square feet, between Byrd street and Mitscher road. Estimate: $200,000 Combined with SR 13471215 NAS 1 Road Improvements. Description: Mill 2" and repave approximately 122,000 square feet of roads throughout NAS II. In addition repair approximately 3,000 square feet of road between buildings 543 and 553. Cost estimate $ 150,000
