Description
Project will replace (8) 1.2 MW Fairbanks Morse Diesel Engine Generators with (4) 2.2 MW Diesel Engine Generators including its associated ancillary equipment, piping and other related appurtenances. Replace existing antiquated components of power monitoring and controls including switchgear generator and feeder relays and SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) system to fully integrate with the North Power Plant SCADA system. Replace motor control panels and disconnect switches; dry type transformers and other related electrical components. Repair of the generator support pads, pedestals and containment curbs to accommodate the replacement units; site preparation and layout; excavation, backfilling, compaction, temporary construction fence.
