Rhode and Schwarz - SECURITY TECHNOLOGY SUPPORT SERVICES (STSS) O and M

Provides for system management support, engineering support services, and Information Technology (IT) security support services to support all contractor specific new, current, and legacy Transportation Security Equipment (TSE) in all airports, all TSA warehouses, testing facilities, or other locations otherwise specified in subsequent orders. System management support may encompass specific support services to adhere to reporting, security, and safety requirements as well as other services needed to manage deployed TSE, such as but not limited to developing and maintaining TSE documentation as described in this SOW, to include administration and management, financial management, scheduling, and customer management. Engineering support may encompass specific technical knowledge or other subject matter expertise required to address constantly changing security needs in the field as it relates to TSE. Such technical and engineering support services may include but are not limited to software or hardware improvements, services to support test activities related to configuration management changes that result in system enhancements, and other activities that require knowledge of TSE engineering data to meet TSA requirements.
