Revenue Reporting and Reconciliation Support

The contractor will assist TSA staff in the establishment and maintenance of the revenue reporting platforms and processes required for proper recording and reporting of all TSA fee revenue. The contractor will provide all labor, management, and subject matter expertise necessary to meet each task identified for this effort. The Contractor shall: -Support requirements development, documentation, testing, and implementation of modifications to TSA s Revenue Collections Platform (TSA FSMS, which is used to collect, account, and report on security fees administered by TSA); -Develop and document revenue reconciliation procedures and flow diagrams that will be used for Internal Controls proof of a Standard Operating Procedure for the processing of all security fee remittances from the point of collection to entry into the financial FSMS; -Provide operational support necessary to establish and maintain customer accounts that will be utilized for security fee processing, invoicing and reporting; and -Perform various ad-hoc analysis of security fee collections, trends, activities, and processes as directed by TSA.
