This requirement is a logical follow-on to the Rescue 21 Alaska Remote Radio Control System (RRCS) System Upgrade Agreement (SUA III) and System Upgrade Manager. The RRCS is based on the ASTRO 25 communication system. The offeror, Motorola, delivered an integrated RRCS to the USCG under contract HSCG23-12-J-AAK146. The system was upgraded under HS-CG23-15-CANS020 and then under TACCOM II DHS Strategic Source Vehicle, order 70Z04420F20001600 twice. This action will the logical follow on to the latest upgrade contract. The USCG expects to maintain the RRCS through at least 2030.
