Description
The project scope of work includes: 1] Cut/ Chip out new wall penetration in 8" thick CMU wall then blank off the old hole, 2] Restore disturbed paints, 3] Remove existing generator and install 750KW, 480/277V, 3PH, standby generator with weather proof soundproofing housing complete with built in sub base fuel day tank, radiator and exhaust fan, 4] Remove existing Manual transfer Switch MTS and install 1200 Amp Automatic Transfer Switch ATS, 480V / 60hz bypass isolation outdoor type, free standing with weather proof NEMA 4X stainless steel enclosure, 5] Remove and install 3 sets of 3 500MCM wires via existing 4" PVC pipe conduit connected from Generator set up to the ATS (20 lf x 3 sets x 3 = 180 lf), 6] Remove and install 6 sets of 3 4/0 cables including 5 lf conduits connected from ATS up to the MCC (10 lf x 6 sets x 3 = 180 lf), 7] Provision of technical representative to program and verify the functionality of the new generators.
