Project will perform the following: 1] . Replace approx. 5,832-sf sprinkler system, 2] . Replace plumbing system and all supported accessories, 3] . Replace 1-eautility set exhaust fans (wall mounted) and 1-ea roof exhaust fan, 4] Replace 1-ea electric water heater (tankless), 5] . Replace 1-ea 25-tons package A/C unit (PACU) complete with all required accessories, 6]. Replace conduits, wires and accessories connected to 1-ea electric water heater, 1-ea roof exhaust fan and 1-ea wall mounted exhaust fan, 7]. Replace / upgrade lighting system to LED 3] replace 1-EA 200 Amps disconnect switch of PACU Unit complete with accessories and 8]. Replace obsolete fire alarm system complete with peripheral devices, 9]. Repair the damaged concrete roof overhang including concrete columns, 10]. Replace entire exterior/ interior single/ double doors at entire facility, 11]. Replace entire exterior window glass, 12]. Replace entire acoustic ceiling system and accessories, 13]. Replace entire carpet tiles, 14] . Replace entire VCT floor tiles, 15] . Replace ceramic floor tiles at comfort rooms including toilet and urinal partitions and 16]. Replace entire BUR roof system. Revised scope of work includes; 1] Repair the damaged concrete roof overhang including concrete columns, 2] Replace entire exterior/ interior single/ double doors at entire facility, 3] Replace entire exterior window glass, 4] Replace entire acoustic ceiling system and accessories, 5] Replace entire carpet tiles, 6] Replace entire VCT floor tiles, 6] Replace ceramic floor tiles at comfort rooms including toilet and urinal partitions, 7] Replacement of sprinkler system, plumbing system, 8].
