Project will perform the following: 1] . Replace approx. 5,832 sf sprinkler system, 2] . Replace plumbing system and all supported accessories, 3] . Replace 1 eautility set exhaust fans (wall mounted) and 1 ea roof exhaust fan, 4] Replace 1 ea electric water heater (tankless), 5] . Replace 1 ea 25 tons package A/C unit (PACU) complete with all required accessories, 6]. Replace conduits, wires and accessories connected to 1 ea electric water heater, 1 ea roof exhaust fan and 1 ea wall mounted exhaust fan, 7]. Replace / upgrade lighting system to LED 3] replace 1 EA 200 Amps disconnect switch of PACU Unit complete with accessories and 8]. Replace obsolete fire alarm system complete with peripheral devices, 9]. Repair the damaged concrete roof overhang including concrete columns, 10]. Replace entire exterior/ interior single/ double doors at entire facility, 11]. Replace entire exterior window glass, 12]. Replace entire acoustic ceiling system and accessories, 13]. Replace entire carpet tiles, 14] . Replace entire VCT floor tiles, 15] . Replace ceramic floor tiles at comfort rooms including toilet and urinal partitions and 16]. Replace entire BUR roof system.
