Replace HVAC Systems at Goff Hall

Complete replacement of various HVAC system(s) components at Goff Hall; including but not limited to: BASE BID - Remove three (3) existing air handlers and existing air cooled condenser. Provide and install three (3) new air handlers in the mechanical mezzanine and a new fluid cooled condenser, with all connections to new equipment, including duct, electrical, fire safety, piping and any/all appurtenances; OPTION 1 - Remove one (1) air handler. Provide and install one (1) new air handler in the mechanical mezzanine and two (2) make up air units with electric duct heater for MAU-1, with all connections to new equipment, including duct, electrical, fire safety, piping and any/all appurtenances; OPTION 2 - Remove fifteen (15) existing VAV/CAV boxes and seven (7) existing exhaust fans. Provide and install new VAV/CAV boxes fifteen (15) total located throughout the building. Provide and install new exhaust fans; seven (7) total, with all connections to new equipment, including duct, electrical, fire safety, piping and any/all appurtenances; OPTION 3 - Remove two (2) existing boilers. Provide and install two (2) new boilers, with all connections to new equipment, including duct, electrical, fire safety, piping and any/all appurtenances; OPTION 4 - Remove one (1) existing electric water heater, two (2) existing cabinet unit heaters, one (1) electric duct heater, and seven (7) existing unit heaters. Provide and install New Electric Water Heater, two (2) Cabinet Unit Heaters, one (1) electric duct heater, and seven (7) unit heaters, with all connections to new equipment, including duct, electrical, fire safety, piping and any/all appurtenances.
