REPAIRS TO WATER TREATMENT LAB, F-106

Scope of work were based on the inspection and ICAP / Builder Requirements deficiencies of facility: 1] Replace entire exterior aluminum single doors; 2] Replace entire acoustic ceiling system and gypsum board ceiling at comfort room; 3] Replace entire VCT floor tiles; 4] Application of Mesh Reinforced Elastomeric Coating (MREC); 5] Replace Obsolete Fire Alarm System; 6] Replace emergency light and exterior lighting system; 7] Replace corroded safety switch of water heater; 8] Replace conduits, wires, fittings, support and accessories; 9] Replace 1-each In-Line Supply Fan complete with all required accessories located attached mounted in exterior wall side of the building, tied to Fume Hood Exhaust System #3 and 10] Install 4" DCVA along the fire line. 11] Install 1-ea backflow preventer, size 1-inch dia. complete with fittings, pipes and all supported accessories.
