REPAIRS TO PUBLIC WORKS MACHINE SHOP, F-753

This is an ICAP inspection / validation and generated project and BUILDER generated deficiencies of the building. The scope of this project is to 1). replace the entire roof and wall panels, ridge cap, cee & zee purlins and girts, roof edge / corner flashings and trims, louvers, door assemblies, 2) wood stair, wooden framing with screen, drywall / ceiling and flooring of Mezzanine, roll-up doors and cee framings, sandblasting and paintings, 3). Replace over head lighting, replacement of electrical boxes, switches, conduits, wires / cables and all necessary hardware / components of electrical system of the building, including installation of new fire protection system.
