REPAIRS TO NCTS ADMIN BLDG, F-367

Project will replace exterior & interior door, Panel Boards with 250A (1-ea), 225A (2-ea), 150A (6-ea), 50A (2-ea) & 70A (3-ea), dry Type transformers with 500KVA (1-ea), 15KVA (3-ea), 45KVA (1-ea), disconnect switches (16-ea), panel control voltage relay (9-ea), interior lighting fixtures, motor control system, electrical distribution and conduit branch circuits, grounding points, FACP alarm and sprinkler system, built up roof system, floor carpets, ceiling tiles and HVAC system. Additional scope of work were based on ICAP inspection and Builder Generated Requirements for deficiencies of the facility. Project will perform the following: 1] Application of MREC, exterior & interior single & double door assemblies, replacement of chain-link fence assembly, 2] Remove all remaining Halon fire suppression components to include agent release pull station, signs, piping, supports, brackets, horns, strobes, and wall mounted electronic releasing stations. Halon devices and materials located under the raised floor must also be removed, 3] Replace plumbing fixtures; 5-ea toilet wall mounted flush valve water closet, 4-ea lavatory, and 1-ea urinal, 1-ea floor mounted concrete sink,1-ea kitchen stainless sink, 1-ea shower including 890-lf pipes/ fittings and all supported accessories, 4] Shut-off valve/ cut/ remove 1-ea backflow preventer 1-1/2" dia. located exterior side of the building, 5] Shut-off valve/ replace the existing water heater, isolate, secured water gate valve, supply inlet/outlet in way of works, 6] Replace 1-ea emergency eye wash/ shower station located interior side of the battery room area and 6] Remove all obsolete antennas and related accessories located roof top of the building. 7] Replace existing switchboard.
