REPAIRS TO HAZMAT / FLAMMABLE STORAGE, F-771

Scope of work were based on ICAP inspection/ validation and Builder Generated Requirements deficiencies of the facility. Project will perform the following: 1.] Replace corroded wall louvers, wall panels, wall insulations, door assemblies, door canopies, corner flashings and to repair cee framings of roll-up door, painting works is included. 2.] Replace 4-ea Lighting Switch, Conduits, fittings and accessories, and installation of new electrical wirings. 3.] Replace new Bay lightings located at exterior of the Facility, including conduits, fittings/ accessories, and installation of new electrical wirings. 4.] Replace Wallpack lightings, located at exterior of the facility, including conduits, fittings/ accessories, and installation of new electrical wirings. 5.] Installation of grounding system, facility wide, 6.] Upgrade fire alarm system, 7.] Replace the In-line exhaust fan, deteriorated portion of galvanized steel round exhaust air duct system, approximately_16-lf., including 8-each insect/ bird screen and duct wall support, brace and supporting accessories, 8.] Replace 3-each aged 13' (H) x 10' (W) manually operated roll-up doors complete with all required supporting hardware/fastener and accessories.
