REPAIRS TO FIRE STATION‐ARMORY SITE, F‐204

Scope of work were based on the inspection and ICAP / Builder Requirements deficiencies of facility. The project will perform the following; 1) Replace existing vinyl composition tile to all rooms except apparatus room area, CO2 fill/storage room and toilet room. 2) Perform Built Up Room replacement. 3) Replace existing package type unit. 4) Replace exisitng roll up door. 5) Replace existing exhaust fan at compressor room. 6) Upgrade tankless water heater and modify water piping distribution within the building . 7) Replacement of obsolete fire alarm system.
