Scope of work of the project are; Interior: (1.) Replace all the carpet and laminate from the entry to the lanes. (2.) Upgrade the bathroom to include new plumbing fixtures (toilet, faucet and urinal), new partitions and accessories (paper towel holder, soap dispenser and mirror). (3.) New tile and paint in the bathroom. (4.) Repaint all the interior walls. (5.) Install new ceiling tiles. (6.) Upgrade the front counter. Exterior: (1.) Repair and replace the edge flashing on the roof. (2.) Repair the awning at the entrance of the front door. Lanes and Bowling Center (Sole Source) (1.) Request removal and disposal of the current pin setting system. Purchase and installation of a new string pin spotter/pin setter system. (2.) Request removal and disposal of the current ball return system. Purchase and installation of a new ball return system. (3.) Request removal and disposal of the current bowling lanes. Purchase and installation of the new bowling lanes. (4.) Request removal and disposal of the current scoring system and computers. Purchase and installation of new and updated scoring system. (5.) Request removal and disposal of the current furniture. Purchase and installation of new bowling center furniture. (6.) Request removal and disposal of the current ball racks. Purchase and installation of new ball racks. (7.) Request removal and disposal of the current lane masking. Purchase and installation of new lane masking.
