REPAIRS TO BILLETING BQ STORAGE, F-355

Project will replace metal roof panels, zee purlins; repair exterior wall panels, corroded exterior double sliding doors and fire alarm control panel/alarm system. Additional scope of works include the following: 1] Replace the entire roof and wall panels, ridge cap, roof ventilators, portion of zee purlins and girts, roof edge and corner flashings and trims, stainless gutter and downspouts, sliding metal door assemblies and accessories/ hardware, plexi-glass windows including expanded metal window grilles with angle framings, louvers ay, door ay, door and window type a/c stainless canopy, vinyl floor tiles and cove base, ceiling system, 2] Replace crossmain and branch line piping including fittings, pipe support/hanger, brackets and all required accessories, 3] Replace sprinkler system riser assembly including valves, fittings, and all required accessories, 4] Remove and replace the affected electrical items on propose refurbishing works; (32-ea) ceiling mounted fluorescent lighting fixtures, (2-ea) lighting switches including wires, conduits, fitting, hanger, support and hardware, (2-ea) panelboards, (1-ea) safety switch & (1-ea) pull box.
