REPAIRS TO ALL HANDS CLUB, F-100

Scope of work were based on ICAP inspection and Builder Generated Requirements deficiencies of the facility. Project will perform the following: 1]. Replace entire metal roof panels, wooden plank wall, plywood sheating / flooring, gypsum board / plywood wall & insulations, door assembly, panel bay windows, gutter & downspout, fascia board, repair of wood decking & timber piles, ceramic and vinyl tiles including cove bases, and painting works, 2] Rebuild the patio deck and all stairs associated with the patio deck & front entrance. 3] Replace the patio deck awning/roof with a new one. One that is opaque in color. 4] Renovate the Men's and Women's bathrooms. 5] Install new carpet in the Elvis Room. 6] Removal of fire sprinkler heads and all branch line piping system including fittings, brace/support, hanger and all supported accessories, 7] Replace plumbing fixtures; 5-ea toilet wall mounted flush valve water closet, 5-ea lavatory, and 2-ea urinal, 2-ea service sink including 170-lf pipes/ fittings and all supported accessories, 8] Replace 1-ea backflow preventer 2"" dia. located exterior side of the building, 9] Replace 3-ea Centrifugal In-Line (Ceiling Mounted Exhaust Fan) including all supporting accessories, 10] Remove 1-each Package A/C unit (PACU) including affected supply/ return ducting approx. 60-lf, 10] Removal and Installing of new Electrical Conduit and Wire System of Flood Light. 11] Provide/install a new 4 basket fat fryer to replace the 2 basket fryer. Install a real stove top with an oven to replace the 2 existing small burner unit. 12] Replace the patio ceiling fans with new ones. 13] Replace the lighting on the patio with LED lights.14] Replace the lighting in the O'Club with LED lights.
