Description
Problem Statement: Base-Wide Repair/Harden Perimeter Fence (Phase IV)
Scope of Work: The intent of this project is design and construction of chain link perimeter fence and vehicle barrier systems at strategic locations throughout Naval Station Great Lakes. The intent is to add discrepancies from the FY20 Perimeter Fence Survey, that isn't included in perimeter fence base bid, option 1-3 scopes.
-Approximately 150 LF of W perimeter fence on Sheridan Road NW corner of Bldg. 6130. (Fence poles bent need replacing)
-Main side Central District NW perimeter fence at 24th St roundabout adjacent to Bldg. 5501.
-Main side North District perimeter fence open rocky area is at the start of the N perimeter fence line boundary allows every unauthorized access to walk around fence over the rocks and onto NSGL property by RV park.
-Replace perimeter fence around PWD Great Lakes Transportation Yard (excluding fuel tank area).
