Replace entire existing alligator Ing cracking, bleeding, block cracking, erosion, corrugation, depression, deterioration, joint reflection cracking, longitudinal and traverse cracking, patching and utility cut patching, rutting, shoving, slippage cracking and swelling at various location of 3-inch thick asphalt concrete pavement shoulders and Overruns of active runway, south ramp and Taxiway A1, B, C, D, E, F, G, H and P work includes to regrade and backfill existing 6"" thick base course.

1. Remove Approx. 1-inch thick concrete asphalt wearing course at north and south overrun area.
2. Provide approx. 2-inch thick new plain concrete asphalt wearing course at north and south overrun area. 3. Extension of the RW1331OR 001D Overrun.

1. Repair Asphalt Pavement that have ""ponding"" located at shoulders of Taxiway A1, C, D, E, F and P.

1. Relocate Substations E & D outside the runway primary surface, once substations are removed, concrete pads must be demolished and area regraded.

1. Replace entire existing concrete pavement damaged joint sealants and backer rods at Active Runway 13/31, TWP, TWA, TWB, TWC, TWD, TWD1, TWD2, TWD3, TWD4, TWF, TWG, TWH, Hazardous cargo Area, South Parking Apron, North Parking Apron, PANORTH-A13B, APLVNORTH, RW Overruns, TWE and APWR-A12C.
