- Renovate six (6) Admirals and SES office areas; approximately 878 sq. m. in total area.
- Demo existing high quality floor carpet and replace with new Navy-standard prestige carpet with yellow gold "Fleur-de-lis" design pattern.
- Patch / prep all walls, and paint with new color schemes.
- Miscellaneous repair/replace of old/broken/stained ceiling tiles.
- All flag suite office areas shall have uniform design flow and color schemes, and shall blend well with existing common admin office areas within the whole facility.
